Cancellation Policy

We get it, that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Dragonfly Dreams has a 100% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Dragonfly Dreams at 720-766-9089 or dragonflydreams22@icloud.com as soon as possible to reschedule. Appointments that are cancelled within 48 hrs of service are subject to a service charge 100% the cost of the service. Unfortunately sometimes we do get sick. Please reach out as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. It is amongst my highest priority to keep everyone safe and I will be forced to refuse service if you come I’ll to your appointment. I want you to be able to enjoy your time here. So please focus on getting better. If you are unexpectedly running behind and estimated to be 15 minutes late then a phone call is recommended to make sure that the service can still be continued without time restraints. If unfortunately 30 minutes past appointments schedule time, the appointment not be completed and subject to cancellation policy
